Luke Harris found the net twice during his 19 League One outings for Wycombe Wanderers during the previous campaign.
Wigan Athletic have secured the signature of Fulham midfielder Luke Harris on a season-long loan arrangement.
The 21-year-old has previously spent time on loan in the EFL with Exeter City, Birmingham City, Oxford United and Wycombe Wanderers.
He becomes the third player to move to the Latics on loan from top-flight clubs this week, following Reggie Walsh and Charlie Gray who both completed season-long moves from Chelsea and Manchester City respectively on Wednesday.
Harris, who worked under current Wigan manager Gary Caldwell during his stint at Exeter, could potentially make his first appearance for the club in Saturday’s home fixture against Leyton Orient.
